Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In order to accommodate our clients effectively and manage our schedule efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Notification Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. No Show Fee: If a client fails to notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling request within the designated 24-hour period, a no show fee of 20% of the total service cost will be charged. Fee Payment: The no show fee will be charged to the client's provided payment method on file following the missed appointment. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of Mission Esthetics.
